Ice has been thinking of Peyton as his from the moment they rescued her along with his brothers old lady and a couple of others.When he finds out she thinks he has a girlfriend he tells her that's a lie.Then he says he will take her out for a while.When they go to the clubhouse Ice carries her up to his room and asks what she wants on her pizza.He says they need to talk.He lays down on the bed and they share some of their past with each other.Ice has fallen hard for the beautiful woman. After they eat Ice tells Peyton she's his everything.Peyton Crys because no one ever said anything like that to her before.The story will have you on the edge of your seats and the characters will captivate you.there are dark issues in this story but when the men from the Toxic Warriors MC set their minds to something they make it happen.There are so many twists an turns to this story you will be riveted until the very last page and leave you begging for more.I love the way this amazing author brings the story to life before your eyes and you can feel the characters to life before your eyes an you can feel their emotions and their pain.I can hardly wait to see what's next by this multi talented player.

Wow Ice is definitely my new favorite of E.C. Land's heroes. He was one of the handful of brothers involved in the rescue mission to get Fawn, Viking's ol' lady, back. In the process they save Peyton and two other women. Ice was drawn to Peyton but kept his distance to allow her time to heal. Until he realized that maybe she was just as drawn to him. Once Ice figured that out he was all in with pursuing his woman. I love how tender yet firm Ice was with Peyton, giving her exactly what she needed. His need to keep her safe and protective was vital to Ice. With Ice by her side, Peyton was able to heal more and grow in her confidence which allowed her to come out of her shell. Loved this couple so much! Cannot wait for War's book.

If you are unfamiliar with the world of EC Land - do not start at this book. Her book universe is intricately woven together to make a very large extended and connected world.Ice and Payton’s story is fantastic. I love how Ice loves his people. It’s absolutely amazing. These 2 together- sigh - it’s so good.Don’t worry, there is plenty of MC drama and intrigue along with incredibly NSFW scenes too. And because this is a woven story book - the ending sets us up for the next book.

This is book two in the series where the MC is working to help save women who have been in a kidnapped and held situation. One of the women, Peyton, has taken a liking to Ice. However she is afraid that no man would want her. Ice, the VP, noticed Peyton too. He is waiting for a sign or hint that she is interested so that he can stake his claim. A good and quick story that leads to book three. Read On!

I swear this book had tentacles that reached out and pulled me into Ice and Peyton's story and then made me feel every painful thing that they went through. There's plenty of action, drama, kidnapping and steamy passion E.C get an A plus for this story.. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ice is quick to realize that Peyton is the one for him. Takes him a minute to stop fighting his feelings and make Peyton aware that he knows she has feelings for him too. When Ice finally hears all of Peyton's life and what she has had to endure, all he wants to do is end her sister's life. Unfortunately, it won't be easy.

I so enjoy these men and the women that knock them off their feet. Even though the reason they meet is usually from the product of tragic circumstances, the fact they can show the women that they will protect them is great!I loved the connection between Ice and Peyton and can't wait for the next book!

What a way to end this book it's brilliant and I've already pre-ordered then next one I can't wait for it to be out. EC Land did it again with a book that you can't help but fall in love with I want justice for the women. These men are so possessive I love how they are with them just a great book.

Jeez this book gave me goose bumps it was so good. Ice and Peyton are so hot when they get together but all good things have baggage attached.

I’ve enjoyed many of this authors work, most of it dark and hard hitting, and almost always ends on a cliffhanger for the next book. This one is no exception, I liked Ice with Peyton and loved how her girls t stood by her. Can’t wait for the next book.
