The elastic bands are exactly what I was hoping for when I bought this product. I have some joint problems and my physiotherapist told me to perform some exercise with the band, these ones work great.Another important things is that having three width enables me to set the resistance to the right level in an easy way.Very recommended, great value!

These are the highest quality bands I have used. The colors are great too! The only thing I would say is that they are so well built and thick that the resistance of the band is so strong that it limits the type of exercises you can do with them (especially the widest one). This is why I gave this a 4 and not a 5, but the bands are great quality--just wish there was more of a variety in the resistance. There is no way I could keep it under my foot and do a shoulder exercise for example. I am an active weightlifter, so I would imagine that if you were a beginner, these bands might be too hard to learn on.

Great product! This came auickly as alwsys, packed great as always. The bands come in a small black bag that is a huge advantage because all of my gym gear always gets list and just laying around everywhere. The color is vaibrant and size is great for these bands. Over all great gor your workout!

I love the way they look, but my band got a tear in it on the very first exercise I used it on. Now I can't use it because I'm afraid it'll snap on one of my clients faces during a workout. I'm hoping it was just a defective one and that DS Dog might be able to send a replacement to correct this issue
