Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Surfboard Fins - Quad (4 Fins) FCS or Futures Sizes, Choose Color (White, Futures)

I bought this for my 7ft 6in Mayhem board. I wanted something to use that if they got banged up by the rocks, I would be ok with that. I did hit some rocks and they held up.They fit the box(s) with no problem. I was able to take them in and out at the beach with no problem(from a quad to a 2 fin set up) A great price for these fins. I love that they come with a fin key, screws and the pouch(as I don't always keep my fins on the board in storage.)

Way exceeded my expectations. Build quality is actually very nice and they function as they are supposed to. I was expecting some el cheapo stuff to be honest before I received them.Unless you have to have the Future or FCS logos or sponsored by them, this choice is a no-brainer no matter how you look at it. Why would you want to pay double?? They're going to end up being scratched up or eaten by the reefs eventually anyway. Great deal on quad fins, and great service. I grew up surfing in California but haven't surfed in 20 years and am taking it up again on the east coast. It is like learning the sport all over again. I have surfed with them 2-3 times in tiny surf and they have worked fine. I'm not at the skill level where I can distinguish the performance quality of different fin materials, and may never be. For me these were just what I was looking for: a reliable fin at an awesome price. It's easy to get caught up in the marketing of high end fins, but for most of us, even experienced surfers, these do a great job, and you can always upgrade to high end carbon fiber once you join the pro circuit. Might prefer it if it didn't say the brand on the side but at this price you take what you can get. Highly recommend them for any surfer looking for a good deal.
