Video quality : 5 starsAudio quality : 3 stars - receiving is not bad, although there is more background noise than I'd like. Sending audio to the camera is almost worthless. There is no volume control and it is very quiet.Night Vision: 4 stars - When the IR lamp is on, it works well. A couple times that after turning the IR lamp off it would not turn on again. I had to power cycle the camera. Now I just leave the IR lamp on, and the camera adjusts to daylight automatically.Mobile App : 3 stars - It appears there is plenty of functionality, but even as a tech savvy user I don't understand most of it. Streaming from remote internet locations is very limited, and response from pan/tilt camera operations is VERY delayed. I'm not sure if that's a technology error that needs correcting or not, but I kept overshooting on the pan/tilt because I kept swiping before it caught up a good 5-10 seconds later.Pan/Tilt - 3 stars - Swiping on the video screen will incrementally move the camera on the axis you swipe. Moving the full range of motion is painfully tedious as there is some delay even while on the same network as the camera. There is an option to continuously pan or tilt by tapping a button, but you cannot pick the direction it begins to move. The motor mechanism also makes a noticeable amount of noise, which is a slight drawback for my use as a baby monitor. The with the sound enabled, the motor noise comes through the microphone also.Motion detection ??? : I have not figured out this feature yet. It is not immediately obvious in the app settings.Comments: I planned to use this as a baby video monitor, and so far it works well enough, but not nearly up to my full expectations. The IR lamp issue was frustrating until I learned what not to do. The camera settings in the app seem in depth, but the translated directions are limited and don't get into what the detailed settings do. So far when I set my phone at night to run the video monitor with audio it will continue to produce audio after the phone is locked, however by morning the video and audio seems frozen. I will try keeping the phone unlocked; I'm assuming that will keep it running. All in all, it's an ok value compared to a standalone baby monitor, but I'm disappointed where the camera falls short.

This product simply did not work as needed. First there is no indication on the camera that it is even powered up. Once the camera is plugged in, it takes at least 30 seconds to a minute before the camera says that it is on through a really loud creepy voice. Connecting the camera to your wireless is very troublesome and the app, while user friendly did not work the first several tries.After all of this, I finally managed to get it connected and the video freezes after a second. In the 2 hours I spent with this item, I only got 5 seconds of constant streaming before the whole thing froze. The moving the built in movement buttons on the app often non responsive after commands.I bought this camera for the price and based on the reviews, hoping it would meet our needs. Our wireless router is one of the highest rated and should not have any trouble with connection speeds for such a simple device.

Product worked sort of well for 4 days then Died, will not start or connect. No way to even find out how to return or find manufacturer. I dont normally write reviews, but this product is shady from the start. I thought i would give it a try, and you have to download an app where part of the information on the main screen is in Chinese. It was a bit odd to set up. i agree with the others, the ones giving it 5 stars it just to sell this product. Its a generic IP cam that is sold under multiple names. The person selling these , just relabels them and resells them under a new name. Camera responded well to pan/tilt function from mobile device, however the feed itself was extremely choppy even with powerful wifi. Returned. If you want a camera just so you can get a general idea of what's happening in your home, this works okay. If you want to actually watch a live feed, I'd keep looking. Would not recommend for security purposes. We bought it for our nursery and still sent it back. Wall mounting seemed like it would have been difficult as well.

Not sure where all the 1 star ratings are because this is not a 5 star product. The directions are unclear for setting up the camera, there is no online help, and the app is also not intuitive. I finally got the wifi to connect to the camera by using my computer but then the app does not allow me access to the camera. Avoid this purchase and go for the more expensive and creditable buy.

Device was never able to connect to wifi. I consider myself to be tech savvy but this device is a no for me. To be honest it looks and feels cheap. The 3 apps they suggest you download for this device have poor ratings and are not very functional.

Absolute piece of junk!!!! Not only are the directions terrible, the website is even worse. I have yet to have gotten it to connect to wifi or to my phone and there's been no customer service to back it up. Please save yourself the money and go for a legitimate product made by a legitimate company!

I've never returned a product and I rarely leave reviews. This product is horrible. Please stay away. I was not even able to get the camera to work. I'm pretty tech savvy, but this camera would not work regardless of what I tried. Sending it back, stay away.
