It's stretchy and will work for you. I have a small head and it works for me.

Q: Is the elastic in the back latex free ?

Not sure. But the elastic is covered by the fabric so doesn’t touch skin. I’m latex intolerant and can wear these caps just fine. They are very cute.

Q: Is the Dark gray actually black ? I ordered dark gray and it is definitely black or was I sent the wrong color ?

Definitely not Black. Gray is light not dark gray.
