These are small and do what you need em to. They do smell funny but dont taste bad. Deffo good for the money

I can't really comment on the effectiveness of the product because I haven't been taking them long enough. They do seem good value for money though. Now here's the warning, do not sniff the opened packet. They smell worse than my husbands flatulence after a dodgy curry. Honestly, the smell had me gagging and I could still smell it on my fingers. I still managed to take it but with a strong drink. Obviously I won't waste them but I will be holding my nose before opening the packet
