Blindingly bright
Using this with airsoft setup. I was clearing a building and the people in its way weren’t shooting anywhere close to where I was actually at. Liking this light a lot so far.

This light is far Superior than my Surefire
Super bright, for more brighter than expected.The pressure switch is on point, not trying to push to hard or to soft. Just right.. The distance is great, maximum brightness with distance is about 40 yards. And the charging port is perfect. 5 Stars all the way, I'm going to looking to replace my Surefire pistol light when they make one.

Not clear how to switch to the 2500 lumens setting
Just one click gives an underwhelming setting. Seems to be the ~850 lumens. I will likely return unless this can be figured out. How do you reach the 2500 lumens setting

Thrunite has always been one of my top drawer choices for lights. Now I have two of their lights on two of my PDWs. But this new one is in a different ball park altogether -- no need for ammo, just burn out your opponent's optic nerve. Unreal brightness.The spring-loaded mounting to Picatinny is really easy and very low profile. The tape switch goes on to Picatinny also, using a silicon rubber mount. The clamping force for both mounts is plenty tight. Even though the charging port for the light is on the underside it's easy to release the mount (finger tightening on the cross-bolt) and pull the light off to put it where your charging station is.This light gets hot very quickly. Be ready to take it off to charge it after an hour's use. However, if you are using this light for more than an hour you've already alerted every enemy in the same time zone to your presense. Probably started a couple fires, too.I can't say enough good things about this light. Got one FDE and five (5) in black for my patrol rifles and shotguns to replace the large and heavy Olight, Klarus, and NiteCore units on my long arms. To repeat: Yee, hah!
