Pas forcément le livre le plus optimiste mais quelle réussite!

French language version of novel by an Talian political advisor with a deep knowledge of the current Russian Kremlin and oligarchal machinations. Thinly disguised real insiders, ingeniously deployed to attempt to explain the motivations and methods used to destroy internal opposition, maintain and increase centralised power, and confuse the West by using theatrically dramatic and seemingly irrational force.

Génial y increiblemente fascinante.

An insight on the workings of power in Russia and the decline of the western world. A gripping read. Possibly taken a Little too far in its conclusion.

This book should have won the Goncourt price. It is fascinating, unbiased and it allowed me to gain a better knowledge and understanding of the recent history of the USSR which shrunk to Russia. I strongly recommend this book to anyone interested in world cultures and geopolitics.

Excellent livre

Également recommandé par mon club de lecture. Je l'ai lu avec beaucoup d'attention et de plaisir. Apporte un éclairage intéressant sur la géopolitique à l'est.
