HydraPak UltraFlask Speed (500ml or 600ml) - Collapsible Soft Flask Water Bottle for Hydration Vests and Running Packs with Easy Open Cap

I bought this to help identify my electrolyte flask from my water flask during a long run and it's great! You have to press down firmly to make sure the lid is locked on, but once you do it doesn't leak and stays put! It's roughly the same size as the flasks that came with my hydration vest, so I can keep track of my hydration levels easily. When not in use, I can roll it up for easy storage.

Love this! I use this in my running vest and it works really well. Doesn’t leak and is easy to clean. The straw was too long for where I like to wear it high up on my vest but I was easily able to cut it to the perfect length for me and fit the piece back on with no issues.

I use this for outdoor activity, where a full sized Camelbak would be inconvenient. I shoved this into a fanny pack recently during skiing. I noticed that the fanny pack got a little wet inside. I don't know if the bottle weeps through the cap, or through the drink nozzle. The plastic taste went away after rinsing a couple of times with plain water. I have also learned not to fill this completely to the brim, as closing the lid will always lead to some of that liquid spilling out.

Perfect for shorter runs or putting it in my vest and using them for the long run days.

It collapsed after 2 sips and then hung down dripping out of my cup holder on my backpack.

Was a little bit nervous using these for the first time on race day for a 50 mile ultra, but my other bottles were screw off and one developed a hole. These worked great, held water well, and were easy to refill at aid stations.

Nice design and lightweight for hiking. I like how easily it folds when empty and takes up hardly any space. Quality material.

Leaks and does not hold water well.

Ich nutze die Flasks bei Trailrunning Wettkämpfen, bei denen es an den Verpflegungsstellen schnell gehen muss. Durch den Clip-Verschluss fällt das auf und zu schrauben weg und ermöglicht dadurch ein deutlich schnelleres nachfüllen. Die Flasche hält dicht und läuft auch in einem Laufrucksack nicht aus. Die Flasks haben ähnliche Maße wie die Salomon Flasks und passen in alle Salomon Rucksäcke, andere Laufrucksäcke weiß ich nicht genau. Natürlich ist die Flask nicht nur für schnelle/ambitionierte Läufer geeignet sondern auch für Leute die es gerne einfach haben. Jedoch würde ich schon sagen, dass der Hauptvorteil beim schnellen nachfüllen liegt.

Use it in the shoulder pouches of an Atompacks 55 liter pack. Easy hydration on the move without having to pause to reach back for a bottle in a side pocket, which ensures constant and consistent replenishing of fluids. Large opening works well for pouring electrolyte powders. Simple to refill with a BeFree water filter. Recommend for simplicity on the trail.

Poor quality. Worked ok for the first couple of uses and after that one of the bottles started leaking from the top. Likely to be the plastic hinge that snaps shut. The catch on the top is also very easy to accidentally open as you put it into your race vest or catch as you run. Nice idea but I’d rather not risk losing my water in the middle of an ultra!

Très déçu de cette marque, qui est plutôt chère par rapport à d'autres marques. La flasque a un goût très prononcé de plastique et après une semaine d'utilisation lors d'un trek de 165 km, le goût est toujours présent. Fonctionne avec les filtres befree, normal c'est leur filiale. La flasque a l'air solide.
