Many of you may not know, but most multivitamins don't include iron, so when I found this multivitamin, it helped reduce the amount of pills (vitamins) I had to take daily because of its ingredients.I’ve been taking the Vegan Whole Food Multivitamin with Iron for several months, and it has made a significant difference in my overall well-being. This is my third time purchasing it, but my first time purchasing it through Amazon. The first two purchases were through Wal-Mart. I'm not a vegan, but I am highly anemic, so finding a comprehensive multivitamin that meets all my nutritional needs with enough iron, too, can be challenging, but this product ticks all the boxes.The ingredients are all derived from whole foods, which gives me confidence in its quality and effectiveness. The added iron is particularly beneficial, as it's something many vegans, including myself, need to monitor closely. Since starting this multivitamin, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels and overall vitality.The capsules are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, which is a big plus. The packaging was secure on the inside and out. The pill size is a manageable size and does not have a weird aftertaste. I also appreciate that it's formulated for both women and men, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to boost their nutrient intake.

Been taking this whole food vitamin for about 5 years now and I love it. I am a women in perimenopause age and was wanting to take a vitamin that was similiar to the benefits of whole food vitamins that I see advertised on TV, but I didn't want to commit to a subscription. This is a great alternative. Now, you do have to take 3 pills at a time, so you may run through the bottle quickly if you are taking daily, but you are truly getting the benefits of real whole foods, probiotics and, you may not know this, but functional mushrooms which have proven health benefits. I love that it is a clean product through and through. I feel great and will continue taking these for the long haul.

These are great multivitamins with a excellent number of minerals and great ingredients to support health. Great value.

Well, it's one of the most complete multivitamins out there without iron which causes constipation. But this mutli contains tons of B12 which, sure it helps with energy, but it made my acne 100% worse and occasional tachycardia. So , I'll be looking for another multi without that much B12. The rest was fine and it might not be everyone's reaction to B12 but it was for me.

So far, the only multi vitamin I trust for the price. Not too big, appears to be clean and works to some degree with no side effects. On my second bottle to date.
