I have a couple of Plusinno Rods & Reels but I wanted a slightly shorter & lighter rod/reel combo for just throwing in my local Lake. That's why I bought the 7.6 Telescopic and rigged it for topwater lures on camo braid. Firstly, I'm very happy with the Feel of the rod in my hand. It's perfectly balanced and stiff but responsive for quick bass hits. It's a 2 piece rod so it's extremely compact and carries well in my car. The eyelets are True and the seat is plastic but strong and secure. The reel is quiet and smooth as well just like my other Plusinno 3000 reel. This is just a Great combination that I can quickly pull out and set up for a throw at the lake or take on my trip when I go to the other coast of FL. Nicely done again Plusinno! I Love your products. Keep up the quality and I'll keep buying :) :)

Brought it on several ultralight backpacking and Packraft trips. Decent quality, works well, quite light, good value for the money spent.

I have not had this rod for a long time but I already love using it! PROS: The rod is sufficiently lightweight which makes it great for taking alone on road trips or hiking. The rod looks and feels great. It definitely seems sturdy in your hands and doesn't feel like it will snap or break. The rod is very quick and easy to assemble and is easy to cast! CONS: Really nothing to note yet, although again I have not had the rod a long time to test durability over time. The kit may benefit from having a larger selection of lures and smaller hooks/ sinkers. Overall I love the product and recommend it for sure!
