Bleach Renji Abarai's Zabimaru Sword

When I bought this sword, I thought it was going to be made cheaper than this.But nope! The quality was that of a real katana, except for the blade. The blade was so dull, that I could rub my hands along it without fear. The VERY tip was sharp enough to cut through a box, but that can easily be fixed. The sharp point is so tiny, that you'd never know that it could stab through something. Either way, the extremely dull blade was great for me! I actually thought it was going to be as sharp as a knife. But nope! And that fact actually made me happy, since I only wanted it as a cosplay sword. Everything below the blade was perfect, except for the end of the handle. It could be pulled off, but be put back firmly. The Zabimaru symbol was crafted great! I would really consider getting this! Even your a fan of Bleach or not. Keep in mind for those who are not fans and say this isn't Zabimaru, it IS. In his/her unawakened state, before Shikai or Bankai. Anyways, great sword, great quality, and great price! I hope to order another Zanpakuto replica someday!

This sword is physically appealing, beautiful craftsmanship, and well designed overall - Until it gets humid out. I have had this sword for about three weeks now and I have it mounted on my wall. The sword is showing signs of rust already. The initial wax coating on it simply did not last. Half of this sword is now rusted and I am forced to display it in its sheath.

its a really nice sword but ido have a problem with it. The bottom little metal peice of the sword falls off extremely easily to the point where I lost it just unsheathing in the yard. Now I have a beautiful sword with a really ugly defect (wood exposed beneath the handle.)

Good product. A small color difference from the picture no complaints. Sword is in good condition and the blade is even oiled to keep from rusting. Shipping was small issue but still recieved item in timely matter.

I bought myself a different katana, and my 11 year old son wanted in. I let him get this one because it didn't cost much and another review said it didn't have much of an edge on it. My $45 sword arrived first, and we were pretty impressed with it. When his finally arrived, I couldn't believe that they were very close to the same quality! His grip was actually nicer than mine. The only real difference is that mine is slightly heavier and a lot sharper. That being said, this sword is pretty substantial and sharper than I'm really comfortable with.I know not everybody is as easily impressed as we were, so I'll try to be complete... There were a few issues. The biggest for me is that the blade is lightly scuffed and scratched in a few places. Nothing severe, but it wasn't the perfect immaculate look that you might expect from something brand new. (no reason to think they'll all be like that) There is also some of the wax-like resin that other reviews from other swords have mentioned. (it's not the protective coat of oil, this is different) It did take several more days to be shipped than mine did even though it said in stock. (an eternity for my 11 year old!)All in all, I can't believe how cool this sword is for less than $20! It's straight, solid, heavy, and sharp enough to get a dirty look from most moms! I'm sure that if you ran around the yard hacking things with it, it would break. If you just want to have it on a shelf and, on occasion, take it down, strike a pose, grin, and put it back... it's perfect!

When I recieved he sword, the entire blade from the handguard to tip was bent at least thirty degrees. It looks like it was mishandled by USPS, but the box did not come with any packaging protection. It was like they just threw it in and sent it off. Other than that, beautiful sword. Currently awaiting my replacement.

When I recieved this sword I was buying for my brother it was in horrible condition. cracks up and down the sheath, blade had stains up and down it, the hilt was stock on with a little dollup of hot glue which popped right off.

As with most bladed weapons, the sword dose not come sharp. In fact the blade was almost flat.(Nothing a whetstone and a little time cant fix". Also the sword is stainless steel, so I didn't buy it to cut trees down with. But if you are a fan of bleach, want something to hang on your wall, or just want a decent sword to practice techniques with. This is a great sturdy feeling sword to add to your collection. (Also, the product came fast and was properly packaged.
