I read several negative reviews regarding these but I don’t think they’re intended for building muscle mass, lol. I find them to be perfect for someone like me with bad arthritis and just trying to work my hands to keep them limber. They do not offer hard resistance but are easy to use with nicely padded foam handles for comfort. I use them and do lots of reps. In just over a week my hands feel better and help me better grip the controls on my motorcycle

I don't remember seeing a weight/strength rating on this. I bought a pair and they look professionally made and are beautiful. The issue is that the tension is not that great so probably more for a 16 and under person. The quality is really good and looks good. The tension strength is probably closer to 10lbs.....which is not much for a hand grip as I am not Hercules or Samson.

I purchased this for a weak grip. It is helping.

These are just ok. The tension or resistance is not much. And the travel is a very short distance as you squeeze it.So squeeze it long enough and you still get a workout. You get what you pay for

This E-smartinlife hand grip strengthener set is a tiny workout machine you can squeeze anywhere—at your desk, on the couch, even while pretending to pay attention in a meeting. The soft foam grips feel comfortable but still give great resistance, and I can already feel my fingers and forearms getting less like noodles. Great little set for stronger hands and fewer “why is this jar so hard to open?” moments.

I ordered this product and it has practically no resistance. It is very small and the grips are not attached so they spin around and slide off very easily. It might be effective for your 90 year-old grandma, but that's about it. Overall, it's very cheap and I cannot recommend it.

THESE HAND GRIP'S ARE ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOR STRENGTHING AND MAKING YOUR HAND'S STRONG I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

These are high functioning and high quality grip strengthening tool, they lack adjustable features but I don’t believe they need to be!
