I have used similar products to this now and then over the last year to to help hide my ever growing bald spot. The problem I found with them is that unless I wash my hair before bed they leave a bit of a dark mess on my pillow case which doesn't wash out very easily.When I read this listing it says that it doesn't come out so I thought that I would give it a try.This product comes with two containers of the fibres and an applicator. After washing and drying my hair I put some of the product into the applicator which is fairly quick and easy to do, I then started to apply it over my hair using the ball pump on the applicator. This covers very well and by using a little of the fibres in the rest of my hair it matched in to my colour well. Once applied I used some hairspray to hold it together with my styling and we went for an evening out.My family who we met up with couldn't believe how natural it looked and how much better my hair looked. On returning home we went to bed and come the morning I checked my pillow case.This did still leave a small darkened area on my case but it wasn't as bad as the previous ones that I had tried. When combing my hair quite a lot of the fibres came out into the comb so I would have to reapply this every day if I wanted the same look over a longer period but luckily I can put up with my bald patches for everyday normal living.Overall, this works well but does still come out when combing or brushing hair and when sleeping but it is great for using on the odd nights out for the extra feeling of confidence that a full head of hair can give.Good value for two containers and supplied with an easy to use applicator.

This is a lot better than the previous one that I have tried, but my experience is still quite limited. It can be quite messy to apply but this one comes with a little applicator to help.As for my hair, well, I started to recede twenty years ago but I was lucky that it stopped, even though the other men in my family lost all theirs, still, I’ve always been self conscious about it and I’m not someone who wants to try pills or surgery so this is just perfect for me.I found the colour to be slightly darker but it’s easy enough to even it out, and it certainly bulks it up to a stage where it’s hard to see any thinning. I do find it takes away any shine and does look quite powdery but, I think as an observer it wouldn’t be too noticeable unless you stare. It certainly gives me a lot more confidence.You probably don’t want to sleep on expensive pillow cases, and personally, I found it looks best if applied the night before.At £23.99 it’s not the cheapest as it’s just another cosmetic that needs to be added to the list, but it is effective so I think it’s worth it for those who might get some extra confidence out of it.

If you've gotten to the point of thinning hair you will likely fall into three categories. The first and most obvious is the category of choosing to not do something. The second category would be seeking medical therapies such as finasteride, minoxidil, PRP and even hair transplantation. The challenge of thinning in the crown area is that it is not greatly amenable to surgery if it's mild.I have used hair fibres before and found them to be incredibly effective in giving the appearance of thickness. They can be a little fiddly to apply and I'm always amazed at the results as I can't even see the fibres coming out of the tub.This product comes with a special applicator to fit on top of a bottle. It's a simple pump spray device. Having said that, I can't seem to get it to work. Moreover, I find these fibres a lot more messy and found myself covered in residue on my hands. This is not a problem if you're applying over the sink, but it's not as simple as I've found with other products. I also don't think the results are as impressive as others.The fibres do seem to stay in place even after I've run my hands through my hair.It loses 2 stars because the applicator isn't great and the fibres are not quite as dense as others.

I got this to try on myself as my hair is thinning at the front and I hate it! This product is perfect for what I need. It covers really well.The only thing I can fault is that you get 2 bottles of the colour and then a pump to go on top of them so that you can be more precise in applying the colour. However the pump is just useless. It has the smallest plastic piping as you can see from my photos. The instructions say to put the pump on the bottle, and angle to spray the hair. It is so difficult to do it like that and even if it works a few times it is not going to work once the powder in the bottle starts to empty. Maybe I am being stupid but I can’t see the point of the pump at all.The bottle itself is fine to use on its own as it has fine holes in the top of it as can be seen in the second photo) and I found it easy enough to tap it gently onto my hair. I also put some in the lid and used a small brush to apply it.The coverage is really good and the two bottles will last quite a while. The powder lasted all day and made me feel really confident. For this reason alone I am happy to give 5 stars. The pump I would give 1 star!!

I’m bald as a coot , but do have some very light hair that you can’t really see, so I thought I might be ok using this , sadly no go you need a bit of length, think balding rather than bald.My girlfriends hair is very thin and you can see her scalp under certain conditions so we tried her. Wow is all I can say , it filled in the gaps very naturally , and where it had just brushed off on me, it adhered even after brushing on her. This will definitely work for you if you just need to fill gaps between hair.I also liked that it didn’t stain and just hovered up easily.I would recommend the applicator , if you leave about a foot of distance and don’t pump too hard , it is like airbrushing, you may want to wear a mask though , the fibres are very light and do stay in the air a bit.Can recommend if you can get a good match on the colour.

This is great for thinning hair. I didn’t expect much but It does work. It’s easy to use but I find it a bit messy to use.It’s suitable for men and women.
