Prevents blisters on long distance runs
The product is great. The container being tall like it is makes it harder to access the powder, so we pour it into a tub. We can spoon it out and put it into our socks. Then we shake it around in the socks to spread it out evenly, and it truly is so very helpful in preventing blisters when we do distances of half marathons, marathons, and more!

Apply every morning wash your feet at night. It always works.
This product truly works wonders in keeping your foot/toes from getting any blisters or rubs. I have lost half of my right foot due to infection. I work in a clinic and a movie theater and usually walk 5-8 miles every day. I use this product inside of my sock and also apply it to my foot with a make up brush to keep from getting any blisters or rubbing whatsoever on my foot. I apply it in the morning and it lasts all day long. At night, please please please you must wash your foot at the end of the day as this product can cake up together between your toes. Don’t get me wrong. It is a super slick slippery product, but with all the sweat and grime that can gather between your toes it can become what I would say somewhat of a grinding product. As long as you wash your feet every night, there is never a problem but several times I have been too tired and just didn’t wash my feet and added more the next day. No, no no do not do that.

Buy this powder.
Absolutely the best foot powder I’ve ever tried. Ran an Ultra and was soaked from the start of the race. Feet held up great with no blisters or rubbing at all which is normally a problem for me. Only thing I’d say is move it from the bag to a Tupperware container of some sort. 10/10 would recommend

Quality
This blister powder is a lifesaver! It works like magic to prevent and soothe blisters, especially during long walks or workouts. Easy to apply, keeps my feet dry, and really reduces friction. I don’t go on hikes without it anymore. Totally worth it! As a bigger person they really help for when I run my marathons.

great product - needs better packaging
I highly recommend Two Toms Blister Shield .. but the packaging sucks! The zip top broke after first use and I had to keep the powder in a Ziploc bag. Back to the product ... I ran a trail marathon with no blisters! I have been using blister shield for many years and wouldn't use anything else

Packaging and scoop make it hard to use
The powder itself is great. The packaging sucks. It should come in a screw-top wide-mouth jar. The powder cakes into the bottom edges of the provided scoop; you need a round-bottom scoop (like hemispherical).

Haven't had a single blister since I started using BlisterShield!
This stuff works great! I put a level teaspoon in each sock, and if I have problem areas on my feet, I manually apply a small amount to each problem area. For long hikes (more than a couple of hours) I increase the amount to 1-1/2 level teaspoons in each sock. You have to close off the open end of the sock and shake the sock well to distribute. I do this with the heel down to make sure the heel gets adequate coverage. It does take a little time to prepare socks for wearing, and its not cheap, but compared to the amount of time and money I was investing in moleskin and other alternatives, it is a much better overall solution. I have not had a single blister since I started using this product regularly. I used to get hotspots frequently and blisters occasionally - but no more! I hike enough that I am using it up pretty quickly, but to me it's worth it! As mentioned before, I was spending time and money on other alternatives, such as moleskin, foot powder, and other preparations - but I have found nothing that is as effective as this.

If you’re prone to blisters like me, this is the product for you.
I have a big problem with getting blisters because my feet sweat really badly when doing cardio. One day I tried using baby powder on my feet to see if that would prevent blisters and they did to a point. Even tried this foot sprays and they weren’t that great either. Then I bought 2 toms blister shield and tried it on a day I do a really grueling cardio session and it worked better than anything else I’ve tried. I highly recommend this product for anyone that has problems with blisters like I do. Just make sure you’re liberal with it. And it can be a little messy but that’s to be expected.

Got my feet through the West Highland Way
Put small amount of powder in each sock. Changed socks regularly throughout day. Avoided any blisters. Good preventative regime.

Not Sure
The product feels like talcum powder, and it's awfully messy to use. I only need it around my heels and found that using a large blush brush was the best way to apply it. I haven't been game to use it on its own as my heels blister up easily. I use it with silicon pads and it helps to stop my heels from getting sweaty but I think talcum powder might do the same job for me and is more affordable.

Aiuta, ma non fa miracoli. Prezzo troppo alto.
