It stops, then it works and stops suddenly, not sure why. when it works it has a mild vibration good for the face and will not cause any damage. The product is good only issue is it stops suddenly and after a long time it start suddenly.

After calling customer care, I was told I could only return the product, not replace it. The next day, someone finally came to pick up the item, but they had an arrogant attitude.
