Ezviz Camera
Excellent build quality easily up there with Eufy & Blink etc easy to connect to base unit just simply follow the instructions can’t go wrong. Motion sensitivity is very good had no false alarms as yet but is fully adjustable should you need to change settings. Colour night vision is excellent for the price much better than black n white, not sure if battery’s would last a claimed 365 days but I have just purchased 3 solar panels so no need hopefully to take them down to charge. Overall I am very pleased with image quality day & night and the price I paid for 3 x cameras & base station was simply amazing, would I recommend them yes definitely at this price very impressed.

Overall very good. Occasionally glitchy but quality is good.
Easy to install (kudos for providing the drilling template) and setup. I do find that they can sometimes become disconnected from the network but then reconnect, this could be due to poor WiFi through solid walls and it's a pity that they cannot be connected to our own network. But overall the image quality is excellent, detection works well and battery seems to last. During heavy use (i.e. lots of comings and goings) the battery lasted around 2 months, however, for standard use/home use around 4 months so far. Very easy to use app.

Piece of cake to set up!
I was looking for a cctv security system and was tied between wired and wireless. After much trawling of You Tube I went for the Ezviz x3 camera BC1 wireless system.I put the cameras on charge and having charged x3 of them up , was ready to site them and the base station. Two things you will need that do not come with the kit are a decent sd card and a an ethernet cable to connect to the router.Top be fair most of us have one or both of these items knocking around the home somewhereSet up was easy the cameras do what they should do and the only thing that is taking me a while to get used to is the software which like many reviewers I feel could benefit from a more comprehensive user guide. As part of the Hikvison group I think he build quality is tip top and I have order the doorbell (wireless) and maybe an extra camera ( making x4 in total) to complete the system. So much choic3e out there and I can only speak as I find. They are doing what I want at a price I can afford.Sure there are lots more whizzy systems out there but I didn't fancy paying north of a grand for them to be fitted.MalcolmRugbyWarwickshireEnglandJanuary 2022

Not bad - but not what they report...
Well I was in high hopes for these cameras! They "say" the battery will last 365 days on one charge, which was going to be very useful as you cannot easily plug these into the mains as the waterproof charging port would be open to the elements outside. They may well last a reasonable time if you switch off all alerts, alarms, and motion detection. Which, of course is not practical. If you motion detection switched on, the auto lights switched OFF, you will be lucky to get about 1 to 2 months before the batter goes dead. Which is a hassle. If you have installed 3 cameras (like me) high up on your house, you do not want to keep taking the camera down, putting it out of action for at least 24 hours, whilst you have to recharge inside the house. That's the practical side of it.I would say if you could house the cameras within a box outside with some sort of power adapter so that the camera stays waterproof it could work, but then you would have to drill holes through your house walls and feed USB cables through and put in a box without 'glass' front. With the camera looking through glass you will only see a reflection of what is inside the house and not what is outside; that's pretty much the same with all security cameras - they have a total inability to see through glass due to the light on the inside of the property reflecting in the window or glass that you have the camera against.I had one camera on some balcony railings secured. Worked fine for about 3 weeks, then stopped - mostly due to the battery just not up to it and partly because the condition of the camera being open to the elements was dilapidating fast. I would say the little rubber flap to push over the USB charging socket is not good at lasting. Mine started to get manky and a bit crusty after about 4 months in the summer so brought back indoors, gave it a good clean and now leaving indoors.Would I buy more? Nope. In future I am sticking to good old 'mains' powered cameras that are simple and either connect directly to the router/switch/hub or are VERY close to the router wifi. Yes another problem I have is that any reasonable distance and the cameras stop connecting to the router on either 2.4ghz or 5ghz.For the price I am disappointed. The quality of the image is not better than the equivalent mains powered camera (from them or other people). When you try to connect to view the video with the Wifi cameras it takes an age to view. Jumps to 90% on the preview, you are hopeful, then you wait another 30 seconds or so to see the stream. With the mains powered cameras the video stream seems to come up almost immediately - and both using WiFi so it's not the signal. They have a way to go before these things become 'plug and play' or as I like to say 'plug and pray'. I will stick to the mains cameras and either use them indoors looking out or wired cameras direct to the router. Having to reset wifi connections on and off over the months has driven me mad, plus having to physically unscrew from high fascia boards on the house every month or so to recharge and leave off for about 24 hours to recharge is not practical.

Quality products
I have only had this security camera kit two days now. So far very impressed , being of an older generation it’s taken me a little more time to setup. Functions very well does what it says on tin. Customer services live chat excellent. Will give 4* as I’ve yet to see battery performance
