Super comfortable but frays and attracts lint
First off, right out of the package, these are super comfortable. The brushed cotton feels like sweatpants and the pants are fitted close to the skin (I’m about 5’10” - 170 lbs and bought the black ones in Medium). For context, I bought similar joggers from Old Navy and those are much looser - the same size pants would be a Small at Old Navy. These would be my new favorite pants but…After only 1 wash, the nylon fabric used for the back pockets was fraying really badly. I also noticed a bunch of stitches coming loose. I always cut them off instead of pulling but they keep popping up.Also, the texture on the outside of the pants attracts a BOATLOAD of lint and dust. These are the only dark pants I own that need a lint brush before wearing them.Again, super comfortable (so much that it still gets 4 stars instead of like 1 or 2) but they seem ready to fall apart and I’m a little embarrassed to wear such linty pants outside. But for lounging at home or doing work around the yard, they’re fantastic.

Great pants
First off I will tell you these were bought for a female because she likes the fit and deeper pockets that men’s pants afford her. She has a hard time with pants and fitting due to body shape (larger hips and legs) etc. these pants are a great fit for her she is really happy with them. They are long enough and roomy enough for her. She is 5’5” and about 175. All-in-all a great find that we cannot normally find in the retail stores. We will be back!

Order a size up / Good for short & thick dudes with a booty
Currently, I wear a 38” (38 inches / 38W / 38 W) US waist size pants (went up in size after having major surgery). Originally, I ordered a size x-large (xl / extra large), which fit well (when I was still a 36” waist size) but I needed the pants to be slightly loose for the surgery I had (I couldn’t wear tight or snug fitting clothing, as it would irritate the incision points post-op). I returned the xl’s and ordered a size up, the 2x-large (xxl / extra extra large / xx-l / xx-large), they were perfect and roomy enough to wear without bothering the incision points on my stomach. However, fast-forward a couple of months, I gained weight and went up 2” in waist size so now I fit even better in the xxl (to my dismay).Notes on washing & drying: The pants WILL shrink a bit when you wash them, you’ll probably lose about 1”-2” in waist size so take that into consideration. I wash these on the “hot” washer setting and dry on medium heat; I always tie the waist lace before washing and drying as it helps to maintain the waist elasticity and helps prevent excessive stretching of the waist. As for the photos, this is what my pants look like after 2.5 months of wear and tear (and about 4 days of wearing since their last wash).Maintenance: The plants look much crisper after a good wash and dry. Make sure to shake these out well, push the pocket in flat, and let them lay out flat after drying or they’ll get wrinkly and look disheveled. My general stats: 5’6” / 38” waist / big butt & thick thighs / 27” inseam / 220 lbsSince I’m short, these joggers are the perfect length to fold the bottom cuff inside itself, which makes these look like tailored pants instead of joggers. I personally hate the frumpy look of the bottom of joggers (including these), BUT if you’re short enough to get away with this trick, then you can dress up or dress down these pants to look somewhat nice or really casual.Fabric weight: These are on the thinner side and are comfortable enough to wear even when it’s a bit hotter out (70-85 degrees Fahrenheit). I get easily overheated so fabric breathability is super important to me. I’d say these breathe well and won’t smother your nether regions (like other pants will). I live in a Mediterranean climate (coastal dry heat ranging from 65 to 100, almost never dropping below 50 degrees Fahrenheit) so these pants are very versatile for wearing in the “cold” (50-68 degrees Fahrenheit) or in the “heat” (68-85 degrees Fahrenheit; if it’s over 85 degrees Fahrenheit, I wear shorts).I like these pants so much that I bought a second pair of the Tabacco color (size 2x-large) and a new pair of the Black color (size 2x-large). I also have a pair of the Khaki color (size 2x-large) but I’m not as big of a fan of them (mostly because I think all khaki colored pants are ugly).* I listed various versions of the same sizes in parathesis in order to make it easier to find when using the search review feature.I wrote this review specifically for the product called “Brooklyn Athletics Men’s Twill Jogger Pants Soft Stretch Slim Fit Trousers”, size 2x-large, colors: khaki & tabacco. I paid $15.75 for each item. I purchased these items in February 2018.

Comfortable, not durable
Very comfortable, looked good enough for a business casual job with the cuffs folded under themselves. Ripped the crotch out getting into the car though, my guys with big butts will need to size up. 210lbs, 5ft3in, bought XL but could have gone with 2XL

High quality joggers for shorter guys
I am only 5'6" and so it's hard to find pants with ideal inseams of 28-29". These had 30" inseams, but they fit well enough to make them keepers. The 60% cotton, 40% polyester fabric feels good and is a bit stretchy. The fabric thickness is good enough to keep me warm in SoCal winters with temps down into the mid 50's. The elastic ankles are great to seal out the cold, they're well constructed and hopefully will last a long time. I picked the Black Space Dye pattern and it makes them much more cool looking then the plain black/navy joggers.I had also ordered some Southpole Men's Basic Active Fleece Jogger Pants size L which had a 30.5" inseam, but these fit a bit baggy so I returned them. I just ordered some BALEAF Men's 27" Cotton Sweatpants from Amazon, and will see how they compare with these Brooklyn Athletics joggers. I may also order some M MOTEEPI Men's 28'' Casual Cotton Sweatpants from Amazon which look like they'll fit the bill for shorter folks.

COMPANY LISTENED UPDATE!! (Looks Good, Cheaply Made)
UPDATE!! (1/11/2023)I've been in communication with Brooklyn Athletics.I sent the images of the joggers.THEY RESPONDED AND WERE REALLY GRACIOUS!!They do seem to genuinely care about their customers and products noting their commitment to improved QA.THANK YOU!(Initial post below)I purchased these joggers as a gift for my son as the reviews were pretty good (4 stars). My son wore them ONCE.One pocket was sewn incorrectly (can't put hand into it) and after one wearing, a seam has become undone and the fabric is ripping!!I ordered two pair and am now concerned that the other pair will fail as well.will not be requesting replacement as I don't want to risk the same outcome. :-(

Great pants, but size S too small 5'8" 120 lbs
Great pants. Good material...a bit heavier but not as heavy as jeans. Perfect for school uniform and can also wear out and about. Just a bit small so I'm going to size up.5'8" teen boy, 120 lbs, slender and athletic build. Size small fit perfectly, maybe slightly snug. At 98% cotton I think a medium will fit better after washing.

Fits ok but has weak fabric
They ripped after only two wears.

Size up
The pants are too tight to wear comfortably and definitely cannot work out in them. Order a size up or expect tighter than "slim fit". But the quality of the pants is pretty good for the price, would recommend if they fit me properly =[

Slim fit, size up
Sizing runs tight and small, due to slim cut. My son normally wears waist size 30/32, and is normally a size Small. We had to go up to size Large for a comfortable fit. Material and quality seems good, though.

Not stretchy at all— too tight on legs- should have gone up a size
Material good but fit too small

Very inconsistent sizing
I had previously purchased the same pair in Army Green and they fit perfectly (there were several loose/extra threads hanging out, but nothing horrible), the elastics around the ankle were nice a tight and everything fit as expected. I decided to purchase again in Khaki, however even though they were the same size and style, the fit was completely different. The ankles were extremely loose, almost as though no elastic was there at all, and they were so tight around the knees/thighs I didn't want to risk bending in them. Seems to be very hit and miss which is a shame because the previous one's I purchased are great.
