it's a major mini cm4!
I love this base board, it's just the size I've been looking for, I have to get a case to fit it properly, then it will change my concept of imbedded devices herein.

not impressed
Too much hassle to get this to work. Apparently the Ethernet port and the USB port are on the same circuit as the USB does not work if you are using the Ethernet port. I can get some use by using a USB-C splitter with power plugged into it, but it is not consistent. Makes using the USB for mouse and keyboard not work well. Anther option is to plug in a USB Hub with Ethernet built in and run it through the USB port and not use the built in Ethernet. I would give it one star but once you get it working it is ok and I am not sure if the issue I describe is due to this board or the compute module itself.

Friction fit only
About as small as you can get, same dimensions as the CM4. There's so much packed on the board that there's no space left for the mounting screws. If you're using this in a high vibration or impact enviroment the CM might pop off. I would have rather gone without the touchscreen and headphone interfaces and had mounts than not. Also had some problems with getting the CM4 to mount in boot mode over the USB C. After several tries Bella Etcher finally mounted it on my MacBook Pro. I didn't have that issue with another carrier board I tried. It's not something that I'll be doing often so keeping it at 4 stars for the phy mounting issue.
