I got this a few days after an ankle sprain, once the worst of the swelling had gone down and I wanted to start walking to exercise. I have 3 different braces the sock-like one that just slips on and compresses, this one, and then like a super support one. This fits easily enough into my running shoes now that I’m running again and I can use it during yoga. It’s probably the most versatile of the 3 but I prefer the support of bulkier one for running. This one is good for walking and light exercise. It’s easy to put on. Overall, between support, fitting in my shoes, etc. this is probably the best of the 3. A tendon issue required my using a brace and the "Aider Ankle Support Brace" looked just right. Although the directions are printed in Chinese, there is a pictorial with minimum English directions included in the package. The brace was easy to apply, but I could not fit it snugly enough to provide the compression/support I needed at the top of my foot just in front of the ankle. I will try this brace when I have an ankle sprain, but for my current issue, it was not effective.

With an ankle injury that just won't completely heal, this brace has just the right amount of compression. Not super tight but enough to help you to feel more comfortable throughout the day. Easy to keep clean, easy to put on.Recommended.

Nice brace, but seems pricy compared to other ankle braces on the market.

This is a really good ankle brace. I use it at night to keep my ankle supported because of an old injury. It is easy to put on and the compression is strong enough to help with the pain, thus keeping it from bending. It really helps with the arthritis in my ankle that happened because of my old sprain.

I broke my ankle and had big operation to put plate and screws. After 6weeks plaster still hurting a lot where long screws in it. Not healed completely.Hospital sent me home without any support.So I bought a few supporters.Couldn't put in as my ankle was totally solid L shape.This one slightly different than other one.But little thing makes big difference.It opens to put in and support exactly where I need.Best of best for me.
