I love that these contain a prebiotic within the tasty gummies. It really makes a difference in how well they work compared to other types without that crucial ingredient. It seems to help boost how well the probiotic works!These keep me regular. I’ve had a problem with that for years and am AMAZED at how much difference these make. I’m completely regular taking these, and have no bloat. I would tell everyone to try these.I’ve experimented with several brands and formulas. This is the best. I love these! They are very gentle and keep me regular. I was specifically looking for extra fiber and tbh didn’t pay attention that this included probiotics. I have tried all sorts of fiber chews/pills/powder etc. This is my favorite because it doesn’t produce gas and is very gentle. I wish it didn't have artificial sugar because I don’t like the flavor of artificial sugars. But that is my only complaint. I would recommend starting with just one chew a day at first to make sure your body is Ok with it, then add a second only if needed. I usually just take one and every once in a while add the second if needed.

These are tasty, have nice texture, and I enjoy them far more than other fiber gummies. But as some others have said, the bottles aren't completely filled- and it seems to be intentionally because the quantity is unaffected. The first couple I received were 2/3-2/4 full. This time it's 1/2 full. I found a bottle at the store with the same problem, so I don't think the problem is Amazon's supply. I feel ripped off just looking at the bottle despite receiving what I ordered- and I because I scarf the contents down, I have to look at it frequently. My recycling bin is salty about it too.
