Too expensive for ear plugs. They didn't work for me at a concert. They seem like a standard ear plug too me too quiet for my taste. But I'm only 37 with good hearing.

These are over priced for what they actually are I bought these because I work in a factory thinking they would be a good pair of earplugs but they are not. they are super uncomfortable I can hear everything They don’t block out any of the sound and it’s really just not worth the $34 I paid for them if I could leave no stars I would because these are just garbage

I have been using the grey filters with the silicone tips on my motorcycle. They have worked well at reducing noise and not amplifying the low frequencies that other earplugs seem to do. I like the quality of the pouch but it is pretty big, probably because of the optional leash (which I have not been using).

Fantastic ear plugs. Unfortunately the pair with attenuation had one loose attenuator and my email to customer support went ignored.

The instructions in the box are pretty clear that the gray set of plugs are 29 dB NRR full protection, and the black set are for "high fidelity" use, 19 dB NRR by way of a carbon filter. While the silicone flange tips are very convenient to use, the foam tips are what one needs to achieve the posted NRR ratings (they claim only a 2 dB difference, but it seems like more than that). Make sure to roll and squeeze the foam tips to a slim size and hold the ear canal open when inserting them for best protection. I think some of the reviewers here either aren't inserting them correctly or aren't noticing that when using the black set, that the higher frequencies are blocked the most, and others allowed through. I did tear one of the foam tips (likely why they give you 4 in a box), one can order a replacement set of 10 from Plugfones for around $7. I use the black set when in coffee shops to help block out extraneous noise to focus on close conversation and the gray set for loud concert use. A good deal for all that you get at $35 USD.
