If you do MMA or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu than you've probably heard a top athlete or someone famous promote Diamond MMA groin protectors. The price tag is steep which is why I bought 3 different cup setups in the sub $40 range to try first. They all left me uncomfortable to the point I opted to not wear one at all during BJJ.By some magic the Diamond MMA product here came available to me and I jumped at the chance to try it. Finally a pocket that forms to the inside of the cup giving you plenty of space. No chafing my thighs, no pinching the boys, and it saved me a bit of pain at least twice rolling today.Don't waste your money trying the cheap ones like I did. Buy this and don't even learn what uncomfortable protection feels like. I'm ordering another pair of compression shorts now so I don't have to wash this only pair between every time I train.
