Great Product / Elite Customer Service
First and foremost, the Ball Rescuer does really work. It can preserve the liveliness of new balls between uses, and it can re-pressurize slightly dead balls as well. The design is superior to other similar products because the air pump valve allows you to really dial-in the pressure according to your needs (think ball preservation vs reconditioning). Second, the customer service is great. The guys are quick to respond if any issues or questions arise. They went above and beyond to take care of my minor issue. I have owned mine for a little over a month and it has already almost paid for itself. Would recommend (and do often).

Works but finicky
Overall, I’m happy with it and it does work much better than the Gexco and Tourna twist style ball savers. Using a bike pump gives you a lot of control over the amount of pressure. Couple of tips: 1. It is VERY finicky about the can because it relies on having a regular Penn Championship can with a perfect metal rim. You may need to try many cans before you find one that holds pressure. Dents and cans that are out of round will cause leaks. 2. You can use this to repressurize completely dead balls but if you use too much pressure and the ball collapses it will never gain pressure. You have to take your time and pressurize until just before it collapses and leave it there for a week. Then add a little pressure and leave it there for a week etc.

Always play with fully pressurized balls. Pays for itself.
Easy to use. Works great. It's so nice to play with fully pressurized balls every time. I bought one 3 years ago. I bought a second one so I will always have six balls ready to play with. It pays for itself by prolonging the life of your tennis balls. I use the same balls several times. I only open a new can when I want clean balls because the good bounce is maintained. NOTE: Only use silicone lube to lubricate the O-rings and exhaust seal. Do Not use vasoline because it will slowly deteriorate the rubber.

no sirvio para nada
dice que sirve para presurizar y no hace eso.... probe varias veces y nada... la verdad siento que perdi el dinero, apenas llenaba los 30psi sacaba el aire y las bolas estaban pinchadas....

Sleeve diameter for compatability
Okay this is for those wondering what the relaxed diameter of the unit is. Couldn'tget an answer frombthe manufacturer. I wanted to know what the actual diameter of the unit to see if other cans in my possession would fit....see the pictures. I measured the bottom sleeve, furthest from the screw down pressurizing cap and the the top where the gasket makes contact with the metal rim on the tennis ball can. Note the bottom is approximately 75mm and at the top it's 74mm. These dimensions are relaxed without stretching the sleeve. Good luck to all hopefully this helps a few. So now you can check your existing stock of used cans! Had to repurchase, apparently I got a used/returned one?. Looking forward to actually putting it to use. Well made and designed product. I will follow-up with review once a replacement is recieved, but looks promising based on concept and design.

How to fix slow leak - answer
4/23/2024 My unit leaks, after some experimentation think I have found a solution. You need to fill in the space where the unit joins the threads. I used a silicone to fill the joint. Keep in mind that just gluing the joins together may not or may not work. In my case I put the unit together and tighten it. There was still some space between the joints. I filled in that space with silicone. Make sure it is well lubricated so that you don't glue the cover portion to the bottom section. the lower rating is because I have not found that it repressurizes the balls, but it does keep the ball pressure up so you an use them longer. 5/2/2023 I have tried the recommended Penn and Dunlop plastic cans and even Gamma, they are too large for the Ball Rescuer. 5/4 Update, opened up another Penn Championship can just to test again. This time the can fit. Will see how it performs.
