Really easy to assemble. Tools and instructions included so a straight forward task. Seems sturdy enough and looks really great in my garden. The cushion covers can be taken off and washed too. I’m super happy with the price. I feel I got value for money..

First, this item is low cost and I purchased expecting issues. The positives: The item arrived on time and there appeared to be no damage to the outer packaging. Once it is put together it is very sturdy and does the job. For the price it is acceptable, which is why I gave 4 star overall. If I had paid double the price (some are), It would have gained 1 star. The glass top was smashed (see picture and below) but I decided to contact the supplier and suggest I would keep the whole item if they offered a part refund. They resonded quickly, with a very acceptable offer and issued the refund. Top marks for customer service team. Negatives: When I opened the box I found the glass top for the small table was smashed. It was under the settee cushion which offered some protection, but was sat on top of some of the frame pieces. Not a great idea. It would have stood a better chance if it had been sandwiched between the 2 seat cushions and the settee cushion. The bolts suppied to fasten the pieces together are good quality. However, the threaded inserts which the bolts screw into are tac welded into the frame at all sorts of angles. So, it is a good idea to screw the bolts part way in before assembly of each piece. This will give you an idea of the angle the bolts wants to go at. Otherwise you may be trying to screw the bolt in square-on to the insert and get it cross threaded. The stitching on the cushion pads is secure but as you can see from the pics, not great. The description should really be changed to "rattan effect". I can't imagine anyone would expect "rattan" at this price but even so. The "rattan" is basically printed plastic strips wrapped around a metal frame. All this said, for the cost it is acceptable and, if like me, it gets used occassionally, it should last years.

The set of furniture is okay, but the attention to detail is poor, one of the holes for the settee was not there and the cover of one of the legs was not attached and one of the bolts snapped off when doing the table , because I invested so much time in trying to build this thing ,I wasn’t going give up. I’ve got it so it’s functional but it’s a good idea to inspect all the parts to make sure everything is in the right place before you start, it’s a good job. I’m good at DIY otherwise I would’ve been stuck. I contacted The seller but 48 hours. I haven’t heard anything back so there we go. I will let you make your own minds up.

When i ordered this, stupidly I did not read the reviews until after I placed the order, so was a little dubious when reading all the negative reviews about it being flimsy and rickety and uneven. Well I can honestly say that those reviews are nothing like my experience at all. It came a day early and was well packaged and all the parts were wrapped individually and all parts were clearly marked so assembly was easy and took less than an hour. The finished product is strong, does not wobble and feels sturdy. Its comfortable and looks good. For what you pay,I am very happy with the purchase and would recommend. If you take your time sorting all the parts correctly before assembly there should not be an issue. Great value for money

Super comfortable however it was a nightmare to put together, at times requiring three people to push together parts to allow us to screw it together, we also almost definitely taught the kids some new words in the process of building this as it’s it’s also really hard to ensure all screws line up in the arms and therefore took twice as long as it should have done to put together due to having to screw, unscrew wiggle and rescrew. Overall a seemingly sturdy enough piece of furniture however it definitely loses stars because of the difficulties putting it together.

Bought this for my son’s large balcony. Excellent value for money. Looks good and is sturdy for the price. includes a glass top table and padded seat cushions. My daughter in law was able to assemble it on her own. Has not been used much yet as we haven’t had the weather

Recommended by my sister in law who has the same. Fast delivery, good quality. A couple of the fixings rusted after rain, but not bothered as cant be seen. Easy to put together too

Consegna arrivata prima del previsto. L’articolo è tutto smontato, ma il montaggio è stato veloce e facile. Bisogna solo allineare tutte le viti e poi fissarle per un montaggio più efficace possibile. Bello esteticamente, e anche molto comodo sia le sedute con i propri cuscini sfoderabili che il tavolino, il vetro è appoggiato su delle ventose, al momento non abbiamo avuto problemi. No parecía muy robusto, pero además de que es muy fácil de montar, aguanta genial mucho peso y todos los sillones tienen buen espacio. Además, llevan fuera un año y ni se nota, no les ha afectado ni el sol, ni la lluvia.

Aufbau relativ einfach, ca. Eine Stunde montiert. Stühle, Bank und Tisch stabil, bequem und für unseren Balkon einfach ideal. Zum Essen ist der Tisch natürlich nichts, zu niedrig, aber als Kaffeetassenhalter, oder für jenes andere Getränk optimal. Preis Leistung in dem Fall absolut top. Rattanaoptik scheint stabil ohne sich nach kurzer Zeit aufzulösen.
