Product is thankfully ok ...but this has clearly been opened. i gave this to my daughter as one of her Christmas presents.Imagine my horror when i saw it had been opened and poorly taped back up!!!Shame on whoever sent this out.

The size is great to carry in your bag with you and even if you're late (if you have to go somewhere like work) you can even mix it on your way! Great choice of buying this

I wish I could leave a review on this product but unfortunately I can’t as it arrived defective, oh and it also didn’t arrive on time. According to the tracking it ‘went missing’ for a while.I contacted the seller to inform them that the item was defective, advising that it would not charge and it would not turn on. I guess what I should have written was that the button was messed up as you can see from the picture.The seller told me that it was in “lock mode” and I immediately responded with the image I have posted and clarified what I meant when I said it was defective.The sellers response was that I broke the button when I was following his instructions on how to take it off lock moss, which is to hold the button down for 3 seconds. Now first and foremost, it is impossible to cause that type of damage by simply pressing and holding a button for 3 seconds. The button itself is clearly stuck or jammed, which is obvious by the way the rubber cover on it sits.Rather than accepting that there was a defective item in their cheaply sourced knock off, which happens, the seller chose to immediately blame me and call my picture suspicious.I have bought items and they have been defective and I have amicably returned and replaced the product. This seller immediately jumped to the conclusion that they would not be doing either and would launch an investigation. How they intend to investigate is beyond me as they clearly have no QC process in place.I will now be raising a dispute and complaint via Amazon directly and ordering the product from another seller.If you desire cheap knock off goods that probably won’t last that long, by all means order from this seller. If you are looking for a decent product, decent aftercare and and a basic comprehension of the Sale of Goods Act, then these aren’t the guys for you.

I was so exciting to receive this order.I love a smoothie and milkshake.This does the trick quickly and easy. I recommend cleaning is straight after use as the products just runs off and It can’t go in the dishwasher.The only downfall is that it can get a little stuck if you product is more solid and will need a little shake to help it blend. It can also require a lot of charging but I still love it! Easy to get out and put away and you can make the most delicious smoothies and drinks

Absolutely love this, really easy to use really easy to clean and am really getting a lot of use out of this. Charges super fast as well. Turns ice into smoothies with your fruit in 30 seconds, great little gadget

My daughter will really appreciate this after bariatric surgery

Good for on the go, but has to be changed every use. Can take long to blend and sometimes needs charging while to finishing blending fully.
