I couldn’t be more satisfied with this Bissel Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner. It has exceeded my expectations in every way. As someone with pets and kids, I deal with a fair share of spills, stains, and messes, so finding an effective cleaner was a priority for me. After trying several products, I decided to give this one a shot, and I’m so glad I did! The cleaner works like magic on both carpets and upholstery. I had some old, stubborn stains that I thought would never come out, but this product tackled them with ease. Mary affected and cleaning spots on the carpet. However, very difficult to use. The area you press to dispense the cleaner is very hard to press.

Love these, since I have cats, but sometimes it’s difficult to squeeze the trigger right. Bad design.

- The spray mechanism doesn't function well. It's difficult to depress and the product drips all over the place. I bought a four pack of this product so I thought maybe just one was defective, but nope, they were all like that. - The cleaning/stain removing power is pretty weak. It does clean a little bit, but overall it's pretty ineffective and I had to use a better cleaner to finish the job. - The scent is extremely strong and lingers for a long time. It gave me a headache. - Resolve Upholester Cleaner is a far superior product to this one.

It works well and smells great IF you can get it out of the can. The dispenser design makes it extremely hard to dispense. Thought I got a broken one but all 4 are this way.

Love this product. Don’t like the head they added to the bottle recently. Awkward to use and spreads the product unevenly. Much better with just the spray nozzle. But the product cleans all of my cat messes from eating cat grass or any other stains like magic. So I overlook the stupid head by swiping the product off of the head and applying it to the stain.
