Beautiful hanging on my back patio!
It really does look like a hot air balloon with a flame on, albeit on a very small scale! Everyone who sees it says they like it. I try to find "different" type items to put in my yard and hang on my patio, so this is perfect. AND I love hot air balloons! Don't know how long it will last, but I hope quite awhile!

Beautiful piece
This is well made. Hangs straight, the basket is also straight. Lights up and is beautiful at night.When the battery ever dies, can buy a rechargeable AA and just replace it. So many compliments on this.

Worth the money
Gave this to my sister as birthday gift but really wanted to keep it!Great flame effect, beautiful color schemes

Doesn't work
Worked the very first night and never again! First I thought the cloudy weather/rain was the issue, then thought it might be yard placement. After multiple changes in placement, still not working. Was a gift. Couldn't get returned or replaced due time frame. Not worth $5. Pretty, but worthless.

Purchased as a gift
I gave this to a friend of mine for Christmas present. She loves it. She bought a shepherds hook, and it's outside her kitchen window so she can see it at night. She loved the hot air balloon show in Albuquerque, but didn't get to go, so I got her this.

Does not stay lit
It is nice looking. However, it was in the sun for 4 days and only lights for about 2 minutes. It is getting full sun for hours. For the short time that it lights it is nice.

So pretty!
This looks stunning in my window at night. The flickering flame makes it look like a real hot air balloon. The flame only lasts a few hours at present, but once spring/summer arrives and more sunlight is available, it should charge a bit better. All in all, I really love it.

Not what I expected.
This says it's 18 in it is not it's only 6 in. They took in consideration the length of the chain and the length of the solar thing. It is much smaller I personally think it was a waste of money
