Did not power up
Did not power up (in a PCI slot which currently runs another gtx card)... Not even the fans rotating. Also, there was a partially removed sticker on the back and the surface of the fan plastic shroud gave the indication this card is not new! Returned immediately and will not use dr.memory again.
