I use mine with facial soap. Is that what you mean by detergent?

Why do the balls stop working after 4 mins in deep clense mode

Mine did not work after three or four uses at all. It is a bad product.

My flawless brow comes with a battery. How do I install it?

Thank you for your question. To install the battery in Finishing Touch Flawless™ Brows, hold the top and bottom of unit and pull apart.

Can I store on charger or will the battery ruin faster?

I'm not sure about it causing the battery to not last as long because I haven't needed to charge the silicone face scrubber since the initial charge. It seems to run forever on one charge. I wouldn't leave it in a plugged in charger all the time, but that's just my personal opinion. If you want to store it in the charger cradle, I'd unplug the cradle.
