I ordered these to assist me in my squats, and they particularly work well with my front squats. Fit and support are excellent. However, I did have to go up a half-size to get the correct fit.

Overall I thought the shoe performed well in that it appeared to place me in a better position when squatting. It appeared that I could squat a little bit lower with correct form. I've only used the shoe two times yet liked the results so far. The shoe looks good in black and fits well.

Great shoe for someone with a wide forefoot.

I have had several pairs of squat lifters since starting powerlifting 8 years ago, and these are by fair the very best!

The seller will charge you a hefty restocking fee if you need to return the item because it doesn't fit properly.

I lack the ankle/hip mobility to do full ATG squats barefoot. But with these, I'm more than compensated for it and can squat as low as I want. Even while using these, I noticed a slight improvement over time in my ankle mobility and haven't had any back issues since I started squatting with these on. Hopefully one day I won't need these but for now, I love them.
