I ordered a small for my neice in the Harvard hoodie. She absolutely loves it. She is about 5'3" and weights maybe 115lbs or 120lbs and it is large on her (that's the style she was going for). It would have been fitted on me size 5'6" and 135lbs. Nice quality and looks good.

It was a gift for my daughter. She usually wears medium and this did fit a little big, but not enough to be an issue. She has already worn it several times and says it is comfortable.
