MCCUTCHEON Black Raspberry Preserve, 19 OZ

After a trip to our favorite ice cream store in California, I came home resolved to make black raspberry ice cream just as divine. This is wonderful jam for the recipe. I whip a tiny bit of whipped cream cheese with the entire jar (just so it's not so jelly tasting in the ice cream) then swirl it through a vanilla base ice cream. Rave reviews from anyone who tries it and I can't keep up making it.

Delicious! However, overpriced on Amazon. I now buy it when I fly to the East coast and bring it home in my suitcase.

Very good flavor and fresh taste.Edit: the last two jars I received both had a dent in the lid allowing liquid to seep out of one of the jars. I asked for a replacement but never got a reply. I will not reorder from them again.

So happy to find McCutcheon's on Amazon after we moved. Everything McCutcheon makes is fabulous, but the black raspberry is our favorite. Ordinarily husband goes for strawberry, and I'm a blueberry fan, but we both rave about this one. Thx to McCutcheon for such great products, and to Amazon for making them so available!

This tastes like these people invented black raspberry preserves...the VERY BEST I have ever tasted and blows away anything in the super markets.
