Janome Blue Sewing Machine Bobbins with Storage Case,25 Count

I'm switching from 30-year-old bobbins to these as my new machine doesn't like those old bobbins and i have to sew slower so they don't wobble around. The blue color helps me keep track of which bobbins I've switched over.

Love these bobbins. They are sturdier then the bobbins I buy at Walmart or Joann’s. The only thing I would change is the plastic box. If it were made out of a more ply able plastic and had a better closing mechanism. The hard plastic tends to break easier and it doesn’t stay closed.

I purchased a new Janome sewing and quilting machine. These were recommended by Janome themselves. I like the color blue, so I never can mix them up with my other Sewing machine bobbin holders. They work great and I love them I purchased two boxes.

These Janome Blue bobbins as well as the Janome 'Cherry Blossom Pink' bobbins really are fabulous. If you find that you are using "bobbin washers', switch to these for really nice smooth stitching. Reduces tension issues and skipped stitches when free-motion stitching or high speed embroidery or quilting. Notation added 10-11-2023: I have also noticed that these bobbins really hold up well. They haven't gotten brittle as some brands do with the passage of time.

Arrived on time and as described. I love the bobbins, and use them for speciality threads. Sadly the bobbin box was damaged a bit, one of the hinges broke. I prefer a different container for these bobbins. The bobbins are awesome.

I had bought regular plastic bobbins for my Janome but they are slightly smaller and bobbin winding was sketchy. Definitely need for your Janome sewing machine. Like the idea of color for the bobbin since you can color code cotton versus other threads.

I first purchased the red set of bobbins and they work well for my Janome Horizon Memory Craft 9450 QCP machine. When I came back and selected blue, well, every time I use these bobbins, either the thread tension is off or it’s nest city or both. So many headaches with these blue ones! Maybe they forgot to add the coating that is on the red ones? I don’t know, but I do know I regret buying these. I may try them in my $100 travel machine to see if I can get any use out of them. Buy the red ones.

The bobbins are fine, however the case they come in is made of cheap plastic. My bobbin case arrived broken. I did not send it back or try to get a replacement. It was not worth the hassle to get a replacement of such a cheap plastic case.

Two left lines are this bobbin. The two right lines are the bobbin that came with the machine. Very pretty in nice case and bobbins are marked "J" but absolutely useless. I have tried 3 times in both machines and had tension issues every time. Wish I'd used them in time to return them.
