Safe buying these on amazon
I was EXTREMELY weary buying grips on Amazon and not directly from the Reisport website but these are real! I had no issues with them tearing. I don’t throw any super hard skills, but they withstood a year of giants with no problems.

Great for competition!!!
Grips are for a 9 year old competitive gymnast. She loves how they reduce the rips she may get from the bars. You do need to break in the leather which is hard.

Great grips
I found these grips very easy to break in. I have been using them for 1 year now and they are still doing well. Usually, I replace my grips after one year but I don't think I need to with this pair. The sizing runs a little big because I am usually a size 2 (medium) in other brands but this brand's small size fits me well. I use these with DryBands and I do not have to re-adjust my grips for the whole bar rotation. Would definitely recommend.

Poor Welding, should have failed the safety inspection
130lbs Level 10 gymnast utilized these grips for almost a month, the arrives 12/28/25, today is 2/2/26. Today the welding on the buckle broke. I went to request an exchange and found that refund or exchanges expired 1/31/26. AND there isn’t any company contact information to protest or request a refund. Don’t buy this product if the company can’t back the product. Grips are a SAFETY item. If you can’t trust your safety equipment and the company how produces it DO NOT buy.

High-quality; highly recommend
Great, high-quality grips. My daughter had a pair of Reisport grips with velcro first. These still fit and work and we keep them in her gym bag as a spare, but it was time to get another pair. This time we got Reisport with buckles. We will definitely get these again. The brand is great. Both types of Reisport grips, velcro and buckles, are great. At a higher level, she prefers grips with buckles. We paired the grips with Catchies wristbands (for gymnasts, they are stretchy and thinner than typical wristbands) and it is a great combination.

Daughter loves it
She wanted the wide grips and she did have to shave them down a little bit she loves it way better than the narrow one. Great product and quality
