Great quality pads!
We made the mistake of buying cheap pads at first. They were difficult to put on and got scratched up pretty quickly. These are great! I like that you can slip on the knee and elbow pads. Now my kids can get their gear on mostly by themselves. I also like that it covers more skin. My son who is 5 wears a youth and my daughter who is 7 wears an XS.

Always wear protection
5' 7", small/medium was a good choice. Wrist guards are comfortable. Dragons give the confidence to Ollie in public again.
