i thought that buying a Craftsman product i was going to have a piece of mind and it comes to having a almost 500.00 headache ,that i can return because of a heavy equipment buying on line .Once you stop it to empty the bag, it doesnt start right away,that was the main reason i bought a new one ,i am 78 years old and i cant be pulling that cord , I really dont know how can i get help,some times when its start smoke comes out of the engine, come on i didnt pay for a rebuild item ,i paid as new one

I love the way this mower works, and I can start it every time. I am 5'2" and 128 lbs, I have always had an awful time with starting pull mowers, but I need the power of a gas mower to mow my front and back yard. I was always frustrated by other mowers. This lawn mower is the best and the assist is awesome, I would buy it again and again. I gave three stars for assembly because I needed my son to help assist with that, since I couldn't do it alone. Great mower, starts every time.

This is the third one of these I've had the first two I'd beat them up commercially cutting multiple yards every week with them and I got like three or four years until it literally broken half from so much use I used it so much the tires are smooth on it but yet it was still cut anything and I'm old school and I use them and abusing but the little Chinese when I bought real-wheel drive was supposed to have all this power just five and a half horsepower Briggs and Stratton motor run circles around it and having to prime it and pull it seven or eight times that's why I put it in the gym brand new had it one year don't ever waiver from going Craftsman have a good day and God bless

So first off, the unpacking instructions were horrible! It took me way longer than it should've to get the handle in the correct position. I'm also missing a carriage bolt & I tried to contact Craftsman to get a new one & that was also impossible. I ended up ordering a generic one online & I'm hoping it fits when it gets here! Also the delivery guy dropped the box in my driveway, since it weighs 80lbs & he delivered it alone. I couldn't get the recoil to pull to start it. After hours of trying to troubleshoot, I realized the bottom of the side chute was dented in towards the deck from it being dropped. The blade was hitting it! I had to hammer it out to get it to start. It was such a pain to get it together & to get it started that I just don't have energy left to drain the oil & gas out if it to return it for an unbroken one. I'd imagine that exchanging it might be equally as painful! If my old mower didn't break after all the hardware stores here started selling snowblowers, I wouldn't have needed to order one from online. Next time, I think I'd skip buying a lawnmower online. This wasn't a great experience. And it's not cool to have a brand new mower starting out as a 'scratch & dent' when I actually full price for it! I'm pretty disappointed by the entire experience.

Great lawn mower and easy to start. Mulches the grass and leaves. Glad it finally reached me. Wonder where the first one was left because it didn’t arrive in my hands. Wish Amazon would track it down.
