DOUBLE Arched Cat Groomer- Premium Cat Massager With 2 Arches For Deshedding, Massaging & Stimulating Your Cats

I originally thought this was a great product, and it would be had they not skimped on quality.I noticed my cats were using just the outer arches to rub against but not the inner and so quite a bit of hair built up. I wanted to clean it and that is when I noticed that the inner sides of the arches had no bristles. That explained why my cats did not use the inside. How sly, to put the defective sides of the arches on the inside. Had I not tried to clean it I would have never noticed because it is not noticeable just by looking at it. When I contacted the seller, he did not offer to replace it. Instead he wanted to give me a very small discount. When I asked for more of a discount, he completely stopped responding. The worst customer care I have ever experienced on Amazon and I've been shopping for many years and completed hundreds of orders. He didn't even try to negotiate, just completely ignored me. Product is going back as is, dirty and full of hair.Update: 8/9/17 After I wrote the original review, The seller came through with a 50% reimbursement which is very fair. I am giving 5 stars for customer care and 5 stars for the product itself without the defects. If the product was not defective, it would be a really good product. It is sturdy and does not tip over easily like the one arch does, especially if you have a larger cat that puts some force on it. I would certainly buy this product again.

Falls apart easily!

My cat loves this!! Its 17.5 inches wide by 15.5 inches wide, and 13.5 high at the top of the bristles. It was easy to put together, and is very very stable! She uses it daily and several times a day, loves to rub against it, lay inside it and nibble. I have watched, and nothing bad has come from her nibbling. I'm glad to of got this. You get 2 tunnels of groom arches, thats so cool!

Fun to have the double arch, but the more mischievous of the two was obsessed with pulling out the pieces that insert into the holes in the base. It was very difficult to get them all the way insecurely, a couple of the holes could have been bigger, so one time she was successful in pulling it out, but now that it is not new, she seems to have given up the challenge!

Seems like a good idea but our cat refuses to use it. Seems to be well built and designed for its proposed function.

My cat is picky, but he likes this VERY much. I crush his catnip in the center at night. Good product. Bristles have just the right amount of stiffness mixed with softness. He likes to rub his head and neck on this. Seems sturdy and well made.

MY CAT SAM JUST TOTALLY LOVES THE DOUBLE CAT GROOMER!!! WHEN I BRUSH HIM EVERY MORNING HE GOES RIGHT UNDER THE ARCH AND RUBS HIS HEAD AND PURRS LOADLY WHILE I BRUSH THE REST OF HIS BODY.

I have 3 cats & they all love these arch things. Bought them this double version & they might love it more than the original single arch version
