These insoles are pretty comfortable. I wore them around the house and for some short walks and found them to be comfortable. When I wore them for my exercise class, however, they were not as comfortable. But it is a pretty high impact class with a lot of jumping. I agree with a few of the other reviews that the vibration can be a bit loud. This is only on the higher settings. The lowest setting is not as noticeable. Overall, I found this product to be a good purchase.

you can't feel the vibration at all

I suffer from poor circulation and pain in my feet. I saw these and decided to give them a try. The vibration is a little on the noisy side but I typically wear these on my feet at home, so it's not that big of a deal. There is a constant vibration setting and a pulsating setting. I usually use the pulsating setting which turns on and off intermittently. I've seen a big improvement in the circulation in my feet. They rarely get cold, and the pain in my feet has been significantly reduced. From a functionality standpoint, they work very well. I can tell that although the vibration is loud, it is effective at doing what the product claims it will do. I'm a big fan of this product and feel like they will last a long time.

These are very loud. I don't think I would wear them in public. They also have a small, losable remote, they should have an app. You have to take your insoles out of your shoes, then take out the vibration boxes and plug them in with a microUSB to charge them. They feel nice, but seem very impractical.

Love these soles! .. My husband and I can't believe the difference in the way our feet feel !.. this soles helps relieve the pain from my planar fasciitis .. We love how it massages our feet! Great investment for a great price not to mention for our comfort !

I haven't noticed a benefit yet. My dog freaks out over the sound coming from my shoes, and tries to attack my feet.
