Good Quality at a Good Price
The product was nicely packaged, very professional. Packaging gave me feeling that the product would also be of good quality. It seems to be working fine on my Lenovo ThinkPad. The cord length is longer than some others; nice bonus. Good value.

Excellent charger; easy to use, especially when traveling out of the country
The charger works very well. It is fast and easy to use. I especially like using it when I am traveling out of the country since it has a simple plug at the end which easily fits into a plug adapator. Other chargers are large at the end; like an Apple or Asus charger and they are often too heavy to plug into a wall in Europe or Southeast Asia. I highly recommend it.

Broken after 8 months
Broken after 8 months. Purchased in Dec 2019, it stopped working by August 2020 of once a week use. I didn't get it repaired until May 2021 due to being busy with life. I finally went in to get my laptop repaired because it wouldn't boot up and the technician diagnosed the AC adapter as the issue. Nothing functionally wrong with the laptop itself, but this cable no longer supplied power. I wish I had just gotten an official cable instead of wasting money on this and the diagnostic fee. The warranty is 1 year and I just didn't know it was the problem to go get it fixed/refunded. I have a Razer Blade Stealth and reviews here said it worked great. Very disappointed.

Very Solid So Far
The charger seems heavy duty and is working great so far (unlike the Toshiba-branded one that came with my laptop that failed after less than 3 months). It is bulkier than my other USB-C chargers, so maybe not ideal for travel purposes, but using it at my desk I am 100% satisfied so far. Price is good too.

Stopped working after a year of use.
Worked perfectly for more than 1 year, not sure if I can totally blame the product quality as it fell from my bed a couple of times, but it worked after those specific cases.

Worked for awhile now it doesn't
The charger worked great for about a month or so and now will not charge. It is out of the return window of course. Not sure what happened there...

Lasted for less than 2 years
I have used this charger as a replacement cord for my Lenovo T14 and Yoga laptops, which I use every day for client work. Charging has been fast and reliable until most recently. While the charger shows that it has power (the light on the adapter is blue), there is no power going to my laptops. Sometimes I have found that it is because the USB C connection is no longer tight. Other times, it just doesn't charge. It is frustrating and disappointing that the charger did not last and I had to buy a new one of another brand.

Long durable charger
Works as described. Cords are thick, long, and appear to be very durable. The brick is bigger than the original. It’s too big for frequent travel but works well if leaving it in one place.
