Q: This thing says it can support 400lbs. i don’t believe it. it dies not look strong enough. can someone tell me. there’s no way this looks like it wold

I cannot say I weighed everything to be 200kg... but this was absolutely brilliant moving office crate type plastic boxes stacked 3 high full of books etc. Moved large American fridge and other heavy bits of large furniture (I placed a wooded plank to make the base wider. Highly recommend for domestic use / home moves Also managed dropped kerbs well

Q: How many medium sized boxes would fit on it

I would not purchase this item/ with one box it toppled over on its side. Flimsy and unsafe

Hi there, it should be fine! My son carries his midsize Orange Amp for rehearsals. The Amp is quite heavy and bulky.

Q: Can this hold 2 large suitcases

Yes, i guess it could if they were lain flat, I used mine for pretty heavy loads till it broke, but i guess i got my moneys worth. Just a thing to note, it can tend to swing to right or left as you pull it behind you, same if you push it forward.
