Even though it doesn't look like the main photo, there isn't an arm rest. But it fits and looks perfect in my small domain. I haven't unfolded it to a queen because the seating area is a bit bigger than a twin side bed, so if I wanted to lay down I just lay down. Very comfortable and I sleep on it every day since I've gotten it. Lol it's been over a month now. I do recommend it specially if just incase you want something that unfolds easy into a decent size mattress. Very easy to assemble and handle

I honestly bought this Queen Sofa Bed so my old pup who had back problems was not tempted to jump high onto a regular-height sofa. I thought it would make a nice temporary bed for guests, too. As an older person, I had to get used to sitting low, but it was not a problem once I got used to the motions. Then, one day, I decided to extend it into bed form and I slept on it that night. Wow, I did not wake up with neck or hip pain for the first time in years. All this time, I had been sleeping on the wrong type of bed. My regular bedroom queen-size mattress was high-end, medium softness, memory foam topper, adjustable for head, legs, and back. And, I still woke up each morning in pain. Part of getting old, I thought. But then, I tried the sofa/bed. And I was pain-free. All this time, I needed something firmer and not as complicated as my regular bed. I have slept on the sofa/bed for a couple of months and it has been great. My next step is to replace my regular bed with a new sofa/bed just like the one I have in the living room.Other perks of the bed are that it is easy to convert from sofa to bed and vice-versa. It is also easy to clean. When I spilled coffee on the sofa, I just had to unzipper the cover to wash it. Finally, I have had the sofa/bed now for almost a year and it has held its shape and great looks.This sofa/bed may not be for everyone, I guess it depends on your taste and what you want it for. But it was sure the best and most surprising bed purchase I've ever made.

Not at all like the picture. The sides are not flat or usable at all. There’s nothing square, if that makes sense. Perhaps there are people who can figure out how to return this but … what an absolute waste of money and energy.

One of the pillows was ripped, we went to target for new pillows. Other than that the kids love their gaming couch. They find it comfortable for sitting. They did say if they sleep on it they fall into the crack. It has been very well acceptable for the purpose. Therefore was an acceptable purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m not sure why people are complaining and I’m not going to lie, it made me very very hesitant to buy this, but I went with my gut and ordered it anyway.I was looking for a couch/futon to go under my daughter’s loft bed for her room makeover. This folding couch’s dimension’s fit PERFECT. From its description I like that the cover was removable so that you can wash them (especially in a kids room) and that there was no complicated way to set it up. Just prop it up against the wall for it to be a couch, pull it farther from the wall to let the “headrest” for the couch falls and it turns into the perfect twin bed.The item came within a week, but I ordered it early before the room was going to be redone just in case there was any shipping delays. It comes in a vacuum sealed bag in a tall skinny box. It also comes with two pillows (that I just got some 17x17 pillow covers here on Amazon to cover so that I could use them for the room) and a cutter inside so that it’s easier to break the bag open.Once open the flip couch will expand (not to full size) but it will expand a good amount. I let it lay out for 24 hours (pillows too) and it became the full size.I will say if you are buying to replace a couch, this is not what you are looking for. Especially if you look into the item info you will see the dimensions and it’s obviously not as big as a full couch.It’s only about 8 inches thick and it’s quite firm. If you don’t like firm mattresses this will be uncomfortable for you, but for my daughter it’s fine. And if she sleeps on it she has a fluffy blanket on top anyways.I have no complaints for this product it worked out perfect for my daughters room (as you can see in the photos) and it’s great quality for such a versatile item!

We got this for our playroom. I planned to use it as a couch and read to my kids on it daily and then have it available as a guest bed. It is very uncomfortable as a couch, the back rest feels awkward especially given the width of the seat. I prefer sitting on the floor with my back against a wall to sitting on this. We slept on it two nights and I found it to be the most firm sleeping surface I've ever slept on aside from a backpacking sleeping mat directly on the ground. We sleep on a japanese style floor mattress and prefer firm for sleeping but the foam on this thing presses against you, almost as if you're getting pushed on from underneath. I do like the color and texture of the cover and that it is washable, other than that I dislike almost everything about it and regret the purchase.

I live in a tiny home and needed a compact but durable couch to fill some space. It easily flips into a bed and is very comfortable. It is stiff enough the memory foam hold shape for hours, but comfy enough to sit on and relax. It’s not going to offer all the benefits as a full couch, like amazing back support, but for what it is it does a great job.

This is much thinner than expected, about 6 inches when fully expanded, and its not memory foam, it collapses very easy and is not supportive for anyone bigger than a child--I have a memory foam mattress so I was expecting something much more dense and thick. Should cost around $200 for what you get, maybe $250 MAX, definitely not $400...
