After one month of taking these vitamins, I think they are working. I hope the effect is long lasting.

Diresctions say to take 4 at a time. But they are small enough it is not a problem. I ususally take them at night with no upset stomach. I believe it is a long process and doesn't improve eyesight overnight but I highly recommend by all the hype. Plus it has zinc and you can't ever have too much of that.

Use it for 3-4 months for better results

Great product. Helped my eyes to feel relaxed and I do not feel pressure in the eyes at all. Used it for two months and would continues after two weeks break. Very comfortable size of pills, was taking 4 per day.
