Looks okay to me. I question the material and weld qualities, but if you're just hanging plates in a low risk environment it's probably okay.

As advertised, snug on Olympic plates.
Product seems to be good quality and as advertised. I think the diameter may be a little too large as my Olympic plates initially had a hard time getting on these. Over time it has smoothed out somewhat, but still very tight.
