Defective
This product is supposed to make replacing solderless and therefore easy. Did not work. There is nothing to the task. I bought both ends, the one with the circuit breaker switch and the one that simply plugs into the amp. It did not work. Maybe the switch was defective. I reinstalled the two jacks four times. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE. I could have soldered the conventional type of jacks on with all the time I spent messing around with these defective jacks. THE PRODUCT DOES NOT DO WHAT THE ADVERTISEMENT SAYS!

Solderless
I had about two feet of the D’ad solder-less cable lying around and three plugs. Bought this extra plug and cut that cable in half and made two patch cables. Plug fit perfectly and connected immediately. Nice solid, tight connection. No sound issues.

Different than the jacks in box kit...
I'd give it 5 but the size and bulk of these jacks are way different than those that come with the cable kits. They get the job done and are made well, however a bit cumbersome when managing space on your pedal board.

Got 1 without a screw but seller told me will get refunded so I bought another 2 cause it is really good quality.
