These bags are great for smaller items. If you're looking to fit something similar to its measurements 12x10 inches, it's not happening. The bags are flat with no risk. To expand so large items of 10 inches across will not fit unless it's a sheet of paper. Height says it's 12 inches and yes the plastic is that long but the seal is about an inch down from the top so if you put items taller than that it won't seal leaving your bag falling open because the hanger is on one side of the bag only. Again for small items it works but know the measurements of the actual bag for proper usage are a bit smaller. Hope this helps.

I am planning on using these as reading bags. I have an area to hang each bag and kinder students will store about 3 books per student in each that will rotate. (2 On level reading and a free choice from class library) I hope they hold up at least the school year.

The concept is great. The handles did not last even 1 day. Upon arrival 2 handles came unglued from the plastic and upon students using them once…handles broke! I am a teacher and was going to use them to manage the headphone situation in the classroom. No success! Now I have a table full of broken bags. Don’t purchase, the glue is not strong enough and the handle won’t last! :(

Pros: great size and easy to use! Fit most of my games so I was able to get rid of many of my game boxes (that were falling apart)Cons: my kids grab and pull instead of taking the hanger off the rod - which is more of a training issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t take much pulling for the bag to rip of the hanger portion so I’ve had to throw away a couple torn ones.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this to attempt to solve a dilemma I've had for a couple of years, which is how to store hand dyed fabric for cross stitch projects. These worked perfectly! The hangers are large enough for use on a closet rod (I chose to use a clothes rack). The envelopes are narrow enough that it keeps the fabric pieces upright and does not bunch at the bottom. The fabric stays clean, dust and pet hair free and I can see it easily. I added labels for count, etc and I'm very happy. I've shared in a couple stitching groups because in very happy. They really work PERFECTLY for this!

I’m using these in my classroom to store laminated board games for phonics and math. They are great quality and very sturdy. I hung them on the blue rack that I got from really good stuff.
