No privacy
I have been ok with this phone except I'm noticing that Google is making it harder and harder to hang on to my privacy. I cannot delete their apps. When I try to delete them, they are still running in the background. I have no choice except to store my contacts on my Google account. They just made a change that i cannot update my PIN. This is an issue because my PIN is compromised. I went to update it and there is nowhere to update it.

the product is not as described
The provided charger is not compatble with the phone (thankfully charger from my old phone worked fine). The provided SIM card is not AT&T either - it's H2O wireless. Which does operate on AT&T network, but it's still a different provider

I was sold a phone that was locked and I can’t use it! Total rip-off!!!
Phone was resealed and sold as brand new. It was locked and I can not open it and use it. I was cheaper! Total rip-off!!!
