To be truthful, I did not like this book when I first received it. Actually, I was downright disappointed. The images in this book are very cute, very child-like, and very not the style I enjoy. After thumbing through the pages a few times, I decided that I could embrace the cuteness, and found some pages that will be fun to color. The one thing that should be noted is that the pages are one-sided, the paper is thin and edges can curl up.

I like this book because the pages are more adult, and the faces are not as childlike as another book I reviewed from Heather. There is a lot more detail and adorable creatures to color in this one!

I absolutely love the Lacy Sunshine books. Heather captures the personality of the characters so well. They are adorable and so much fun to color. Space is given in the background to add your own design to give it your special touch. Single sided pages, non perforated on medium weight paper as provided by publisher. Recommend using backers for markers or anything that may bleed through. A fun coloring book for all ages.

Was very disappointed it's more for a child

My grown daughter had this on her "wish list" at Christmas so I bought it for her....she enjoys it very much.

As a fan of Sherri Baldy, I've debated about buying one of Valentin's books for a bit. I like fairies and elves so when I saw this one, I thought it was a good one to try. I want to be really clear that I respect all artists, including Valentin, and my reason for leaving this review is that I wished someone would have left one like it for me.I'm really disappointed with this book. The line weight is all over the place. One picture is drawn with thick black lines, others with very thin-to-scratchy lines. Many lines don't connect and the hair is all open ended lines or curly loops/poofs. Because many of the lines don't connect and most of the backgrounds are a jumble, I don't know what to begin with.If the book were twice as big it would be a great kid's coloring book because of the playful creatures but this was just not for me.

Love this box. A beautiful and fun picture to color. Very relaxing. Would purchase again.
