I needed this to use in my shop when I am working. This thing is great! It is plenty loud enough and the sound quality is exactly what I was looking for. The battery lasts a very long time, but I leave it plugged in. While it is plugged in it will stay on unless you turn it off. I like that because I can put it up on a shelf and then just connect to it with Bluetooth every time I am in the shop.

Blue tooth to my Samsung Android phone. Sounds as good as I can imagine a speaker this size to sound. Smooth stylish looking. I will not likely be testing the waterproof capability. I appreciate that it has USB C. I bought one for my son and he got it for me for fathers day - so it is our second one.

For 60w it doesn't produce enough sound. The Tribit Max still outperforms this. Once a Playlist is finished and there is idle time, this product does not turn itself off to save battery. It remains on.No directions in the box for the settings. Needs description for what the different light patterns represent.Sound turned all the way up produces static. Volume rocker on phone does not turn volume up exactly matching volume on unit.Less than 40 feet away, Bluetooth started losing its connectivity. I have a Galaxy s21 Ultra, so I am sure Bluetooth is current on phone, but maybe not so on product.

Solid speaker with the best bass I’ve heard in this size

This arrived in sturdy packaging, but still had a little dent in the outside box. That said, the inside was in great condition. First impression is that this is a solid, well-made speaker. A nice heft and feels like it won't blow away if it's sitting on the back of the boat...which it did...a lot.I've been using it for over a week and have made a few observations.1. There is no way to change the sound except to the three options for "Pop", "Voice", and "Theatre". None of them offer a really high quality sound. Most music we ended up on the "voice" setting because it seemed to provide the most bass without muffling the sound too much. "pop" was waaaay to trebley.2. I plugged it in right away and a light came on. It says it should charge completely in less that 3.5 hours. It took a lot more than that (5 or 6). Also, it was hard to tell when it was fully charged as there is no real indicator light to let you know. However, once charged, it lasts a long time. I've been using it over a week out on our boat and it's still going strong...but...I have no idea how much battery life is left because there is no indicator to let me know.3. I love the Type-C charging port. Nice to have a Thunderbolt. But the Aux cord and port seem odd and something I don't think I would use. I mean, it's a Bluetooth speaker.4. It was super easy to pair. I just turned it on, looked at my phone's Bluetooth menu and connected. Easy peasy.5. I could never really turn it up too loud because it distorted. But, for sitting on a picnic table at the campground, or on the back of the boat where you just want background music, it's not bad.6. I never tested it for complete waterproof-ness, but it did get pretty wet while we were using it with no issues.All in all, for the price it's not too bad and I will use the crap out of it. If you're really looking for great sound, I wouldn't recommend it. You'd have to pay a lot more money to get high quality sound. But, dollaro for dollar, this gets you what you pay for.
