Two hands on makes it easy and fast. Every second cut renice with hot water you get perfect cuts !

I have weakening hands, so this works great on block cheese, cabbage any hard to slice food product. it is a little on the big side.

Slices large pans of brownies
I make brownies in half sheet pans and freeze. This slicer makes short work of slicing partially thawed bars with clean edges and no struggle. I wish I had found this years ago.

Big cheese eater and purchase entire wheels or quarter wheels and one Italian cheese has very thick rind which is why I bought thisAnd still not so easy to cut but impossible without this cheese knife

How did we live without it?
